”When I turned on to the drive I was struck by the stunning tudor style building and grounds. I received a warm welcome from the friendly staff when I checked in, and clear directions on how to get to my room. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The decor was a little dated, but you could argue inkeeping for the period of the property. The grounds are stunning.”

The meal was very nice - but not cheap. The twin room was very basic, but was clean and adequate for a one night stay. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. ”Overall a nice hotel highlighted by Bri on reception and many other helpful and friendly staff. Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. Our family room had lots of space and everything was clean. Breakfaat was good as were the facilities of pool, sauna, jacuzzi.
