”Beautiful property. Architecture and furniture are exactly as the pictures show. We had a very late check-in & they were on hand to help with luggage. Hotel is a short drive from the airport. We only stayed one night, as we were leaving to Isla Barú. Staff was polite & friendly. ”

”Solo Traverlers**** this is my experience. I came Solo the first day and a hotel worker tried to come on to me, even close my door and attempted to dance with me in the room. Then a few days later tried to enter my room. The hotel did a good job and investigated everything but they tried to investigate it while I was there. This could have been dangerous for me. Nevertheless I wont stay at this hotel again and I will never travel alone. The hotel is beautiful, food is amazing.”

”Very disappointed with the birthday decoration service at Wyndham Garden Cartagena. The balloons were falling apart, the cheese platter looked melted and unappetizing, and the cake was not presentable. The whole setup felt rushed and poorly done. Not what I expected for a special occasion and what I paid for...in addition the bathroom was too small and there's no coffee maker. ”

”Clean and good size room for excellent price. It was 1 block to beach and 15 minutes to Cartagena walled city. Staff was great and free breakfast was nicely served individually. ”

”The bedrooms are extremely misleading in the photos they’ve posted. Most of the rooms don’t have windows that lead to outside - they lead to the hallways everyone walks by to get to other rooms. The windows don’t have glass panels on them so the air conditioners are working overtime to keep the rooms cool but struggling to do that job fighting the hot air coming in from outside. The rooms are very small and not much room for bags or anything else. The photos make it look much larger than...

”10/10. The place is perfect and very clean. The location is amazing — we were close to everything, which made our trip very easy and enjoyable. Also, the staff were kind and helpful during our stay, which we really appreciated. ”
