”We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Lodge Traverse condo. The pet-friendly setup and free shuttle into town were huge perks. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including pots and pans, dishes, a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and even two coffee makers. Some of those weren’t listed, so that was a nice surprise. ”This is a historical hotel providing a special experience. The property is beautiful, the staff is exceptional, and the food is delicious.”

”The place was okay, but there seemed to be only one guy to check in with or go ask questions. There’s not even really a “front desk” to this hotel. Room furniture was adequate but uncomfortable. Kitchen was supplied with basic appliances. Overall no complaints but the place was not what I would call high end.”

”Third time we’ve been and each time the jacuzzi was out of order, didn’t realize there was an outside one. That would have been more enjoyable than the indoor one anyway. People were helpful, but even with the open balcony door, it was a little warm overnight. Also, different stops for different elevators was confusing for a while, at least for this old man!
