”The hotel’s staff is kind, and the food is excellent! However, the only inconvenience was that after 11 p.m., we had to use the outdoor stairs because the main door was no longer accessible.”
”Stayed overnight for a wedding. Our room was lovely and such a good price too. The bed was fabulously comfy. The turkey dinner we had in the wedding was so good, as was the starter soup and dessert.
I would definitely stay here again.”
”Air con was the main reason for booking, and I can confirm it's proper wall mounted air con which works great. Bed was comfy. We received an upgrade to a luxury double which was a lovely room. Blackout curtains, and the room was quiet despite taxis being outside.
We ate out locally as they do not provide food. We had Wetherspoons and the Tesco cafe for breakfast, and tried Burger Boyz for dinner one evening, excellent burgers!
Hotel is central to everything and made a nice change from a Premier...
”The parking lot needs repaving!!! It is horrendous. For reals. The exterior is a bit shabby. The lobby is spectacular. The room was big and comfy. Please remove all carpet; it is a disgusting health hazzard. Otherwise, room interior and WC was very pleasent. There is a kettle and tea/coffee. Pool was cute. Jacuzzi nice. Lovely atrium. Staff nvery nice. Had a bit of a problem with food services woman who didn't know we had already paid. It is right across the street from the beach. Restaurants...
”Guest house manager very thoughtful and helpful arrived in 28 degrees heat gave us ice cold water and fresh lemon while we waited to check in would recommend this guest house and situated in a excellent spot for attractions and food.”
”Staff were exceptionally friendly, really helpful in sharing local knowledge, where to eat, places to see. Rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was standard holiday inn breakfast, enough parking available. I would stay again ”

”Based on the fact that this is a budget hotel, the staff are amazing - endlessly helpful and patient with guests. We arrived when all the systems had gone down and the poor reception lady was being pulled in every which way - but she was still so polite, smiling and helpful. ”
”All as described. Suggest requesting a room away from main road but lovely decor , fancy coffee machine and great shower. Parking in Bath Road immediately behind is only £1 for 3 hours so £8 for 24hours. Happy to return ”
