Walking distance to station and City centre. Room was clean but very small. Ok for 1 person for 1 night.

Hieno vanha rakennus loistavalla sijainnilla. Hyväkuntoiset tilat ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kattoterassilta hienot maisemat. Miinusta vain kovasta sängystä.

Horrible service at best. Not a 5 star hotel. Save your money.

Hotel Tolomei was truly worth all its 5 stars! Our room was stunning and spotless, the breakfast was abundant, and the restaurant served excellent food. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful. Our wedding anniversary was made extra special with champagne and a cake prepared just for us. We stayed for six days, surrounded by breathtaking scenery with vineyards and olive trees all around. We even saw deer and pheasants nearby. The resort is located on a hill about 4 km from the town center — good walking shoes are recommended if you plan to go by foot. Our experience was a perfect 5/5, and we will definitely return!

The room was very clean, fully equipped, and in a good position to reach the city center by walking. We got two main issues: 1: Communication poor and inefficace. We got a not-working link to complete the check-in. We tried different ways to get in contact with the structure: mail, Whatsapp, telephone. After a long chasing and trials, we got the codes to access the apartment. 2: air conditioning not working in the apartment. We couldn't sleep the full night, as it was 30 degrees and high umidity outside. Nobody to reach out to fix the issue (until the day after). Both problems managed way below the acceptability threshold.
