”Traveled with kids and a dog. We arrived just after 3 and at first, the woman at the front desk had to check with the housekeeper to be sure the room was ready. Thankfully, after some language translation challenges she found that it was ready but I was a bit nervous at first, especially with an anxious dog and kids eager to use the pool. ”Parking was safe and easy. The room was clean. Most importantly, it was warm--even with the heat down to 62F I was very comfortable. Floors were warm, too. The Wi-Fi was strange for my iPhone: I had to first turn on cellular, then connect to Wi-Fi, then I could disconnect cellular. The front desk tried sincerely to help but I had to figure it out. And yet, on my computer, Wi-Fi just worked.”
