”This property is neat and tidy, and the staff is helpful. The one thing I noticed is the bed pillows are not great. The pillows in my room were all thin and lumpy not comfortable at all. Please replace the pillows”

”Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly but seemed limited and unsure when an issue arose with a charge to my room. Apparently staff that checked me in did not do something correctly, resulting in charges to my room. The manager did get it resolved when I checked out.”

”I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The manager and his employees are always friendly and go out of their way to ensure there are no concerns. The hotel is very clean and quiet.”

”Unfortunately this was not the best experience. Towels had hairs embedded in them. When we went to exchange them at the front desk, they were about to give us towels with longer hairs. At least the employee caught it and went back for a third try. The tub had some mold. The food had no flavor. And breakfast started at 7. We had a tournament one of the days and had to leave before 7 so we didn’t even get to eat one of the days. One elevator broke. Only one luggage cart available. We...
