”The only good thing in this hotel was the young and slim girl at the front desk. She was nice and helpful. When we got to the room it smelled like an ashtray (non-smoking room) and the sheets felt like they were dirty. The breakfast was a joke. There was only coffee and cereals to choose from but no bowls or milk for them. Once we asked the older lady at the front desk, she grunted and took bowls out of the cupboards. Not good customer service.. this wasn't our first similar experience at...

”the staff was great but what threw us off was the fact that the sheets weren’t changed. they had a stain, a couple of hairs sitting on the bed and pillow. The mirror near the cooler and microwave was stained as well. and inside the fridge was someone’s lefts over frozen in place. the bathroom? gross. didn’t even try sweeping it or cleaning the sink.
