”One of the cleanest hotels my family has been in a very long time .. the staff is also very friendly specially the sweet breakfast ladys. The only thing I would change would be the parking. Its very far from the entrance. Overall a great stay.”

”Room was clean. Hotel itself was under renovation. Shower handle would not turn all the way to hot so had to take a lukewarm/cold shower. Handle on bathroom vanity was off and handle on refrigerator was off. Seemed like a sloppy renovation. Bed was clean and comfortable. Not worth the rate fee.”

”Probably my most unusual stay at a hotel. Check-in was smooth overall. However, when I walked into the room it felt damp and smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. I had to prop the windows open and get the fan on and it only helped the smell slightly. My biggest mistake was walking down the hallway in flip-flops and no socks (this is important). ”The room was fairly clean, the staff was hard to find someone at the desk, The kitchen lady was AMAZING! She was so friendly and made sure there was plenty of food out for everyone. We were excited to use the pool. Upon arrival and checking it out, It was green with algae growing and a film on top. So that was extremely disappointing. ”

WRT the responsiveness of requests for additional pillows or servicing of our rooms - didn't happen. The furniture in the room was old and marred up. I will never stay there again and recommend others do the same.”

”2 Bedroom Suite was large enough for my family to spend the night. Hotel list it has an outdoor pool but the pool was drained and looks to have not been used in a long time. Breakfast was small with limited seating. ”

”They were not willing to refund two of the three nights booked when an emergency interrupted the stay. I never got to the hotel and understand that the first night was too late to be refunded but I felt that the other two nights should have been canceled and refunded.”

”When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that the water was off. They told me it would be on within 30 minutes. About an hour later the water did come on and it was brown and rusty. ”Pillows might as well have been nonexistent. Breakfast was a joke - not even sure why they bother to advertise it. Everything from the vending machines was either stale or flat. As a stop off point with two kids between Tennessee and New Jersey it was a complete waste of money. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car. ”
