”Really great house: comfortable, clean, spacious! The only thing that was a bit annoying is that the porch is not covered and we were literally covered with the foliage from all the surrounding trees. Therefore, we couldn’t use the porch for eating, which was such a pity as we wanted to fully enjoy the nature and the wonderful weather. But, again, the house is great and really well maintained. ”

”We really enjoyed our return to L'Auvent and it was even better the second time which is hard to believe.Super clean and sophisticated. Excellent communication as always. Hopefully we will be returning soon as we love this place and this town. Southern coney for pancakes, Nectar chicken waffles, Relish Mongolian beef and wonton soup all an easy bike ride away. not to mention the beach and Coligny shopping a block away. 5+ star stay.”

”Overall this was a sweet, well decorated duplex home close to a beach and historic Beaufort. We enjoyed the nearby boardwalk to the Cypress Wetlands bird sanctuary. The home was appointed with everything we needed including comfy beds. The area is full of interesting history and beauty!”

”This is not ocean view/ocean front. You can walk a short distance or ride in a golf cart shuttle to beach. All was clean but checkin difficult. Gatekeeper didn't have my name to give me my parkng pass to allow entry, had to call owner & wait awhile for response. ( they shud be awaiting your arrival near their phone to help w any probs upon checkin) It was getting dark & difficult to see apt & bldg #s & this place is HIGE I had to ask ppl staying at this property to help me find this apt....

”Shaneka is a wonderful host who is prompt in all communications. The condo is very well located and a minute's walk from the beach. Great restraunts and other points of interest at the island are all a short drive away. All amenities were well thought of and we had a pleasant stay overall. The only hitch we had was the AC, which did not work during our stay. But to the host's credit, maintenence was informed and they came to fix it, albeit unsuccessfully. It happens, but we look forward to...

”We stayed in the south building and it seemed newly renovated. Love the “beach” Colors in the room along with the small kitchenette and the double bathroom sink (with one outside the toilet area). Very clean, staff were attentive, beach was terrific! Location was very good too. My only suggestion - there is a $40/day resort fee. That SHOULD include beach chairs or the use of bikes. While I appreciated the ability to park and the other small perks included in the fee - most of those are standard...
