”4 of us stayed for a friends birthday - went for an afternoon tea at Burnham Beeches hotel which was lovely. Then returned to accommodation for an evening in. The property was really really lovely. Host was great, property was great, location great and overall lovely stay.”

”Great location and accommodations!”

”A very well equipped, well furnished and comfortable cottage. Two luxury bathrooms, one en-suite. Good attractive and well cared for outside space. Close to the many shops and restaurants in Henley, approx 10 minute walk. We very much enjoyed our stay at Pear Tree Cottage.”

”Henley is beautiful and we loved the town. Our only issue really was the size of the property. It’s fine for just a couple of days but not for an extended stay. The wife and I stayed for two weeks and would not have booked for that length had we known that the property was under 600 sqft. Would suggest this is highlighted in the listing for future. Otherwise everything was great and the hosts provided a nice little spot in a lovely town. ”

”Good host communication and a very pleasant accommodation. ”

”Fantastic rental property on the edge of Henley-on-Thames. The bungalow is secluded and comfortable, with a nice living area, spacious kitchen, and private garden. We spent almost a week here for a family getaway and were delighted with the property. The location is great for nearby attractions like Windsor and Legoland. The property manager was very helpful when we had questions.”

”Bathroom door needs looking at as it is sticking.Blinds on door don't close properly. There were quite a few flies even though we used the provided fly spray. It was convenient for where we needed to be and comfortable.”

”There was an infestation of sewer flies in the downstairs of the property, perhaps due to a food recycling bin. Tiles in the bathroom had moldy grout. The walls were grimy. We have photos. Altogether, it had a dirty feel which is not what one expects for the premium price.”
