”Basic hotel. Clean, nice spacious room. Bathroom needs renovation. Taps, sink, toilet etc. Room was nice with wooden walls. Great bed. Restaurant okay. Food and service excellent, atmosphere not so much. Parking was easy. Location is nowhere, so be prepared for that. You get what you pay for.”

”The rooms are lovely and the extra little added touches just helped to make the stay perfect. The breakfast was good quality and the staff were all very nice. Would definitely stay again. ”

”Excellent location but disappointingly no more than a 3*. Room decor and furniture very tired. Whole property needs redecoration and carpets throughout. Completely empty minibar and no drinking water in the room. We were sent a message prior to check in from the hotel offering us a room upgrade but wanting to charge us extra if we accepted it. Surely if there were rooms of a better standard unoccupied would it not be a prudent move to offer those to guests paying 4* prices.”

”I chose to stay here as I had a flight the following morning at Heathrow. It was the ideal location, with parking and right next to the Thames, walking distance from the Magna Carta. However what I didn’t factor in was the size and number of guests. Having stayed the previous night in a small 5* hotel, I found the noise and crowds rather overwhelming ”

”Property is clean, room is okay and beds were comfortable. Only there for one night, less than 12 hours but it was good for a short stay. Has a 24 hour little shop to buy food which was nice. Close to airport but still 15-20 min drive.”
