”Nexus Hotel - a supposedly 5-star property, and to the extent we stayed and consumed the services - it lived up to its expectations. The reception was smooth, efficient and the courteous staff took our bags the moment we got off the taxi at the arrival gate. ”Een uitstekend hotel met topservice en zeer vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn schoon en comfortabel. De locatie is perfect: binnen 2 minuten lopen sta je bij Temu World, waar je kunt eten, drinken en winkelen. Wij hebben enorm genoten en komen graag terug.”

”Checked in and got to my room, everything was normal. At 1 am someone from the staff tried to get in my room twice with some other guests. After that he came and said that there is no record of me checking in, and he needs my passport. I literally checked in a few hours before. Incredibly unprofessional and rude staff member. It’s not my problem if your system is broken, you can talk about it in the morning and not wake me up in the middle of the night.”
