Perfect hotel for our family of five (kids 9, 7 and 2) with super friendly staff. Beautiful hotel with a spectacular view, but still nice and fun atmosphere for the kids. We wanted to combine city&culture with pool&fun and got exactly that. Kids loved the pool and wanted to stay there all day, although really enjoyed the great amusement park (Tibidabo) next door as well. Really enjoyed the service that we got from the concierge guys, who helped us with all our needs. They were top level! Be sure to plan your travels to city, because the free shuttle is with really limited space and you might have a long wait for a bigger taxi (5+). Easy to get back to the hotel from city though.

Pros: Nice pool area (unfortunately closed at 9 PM so we had only 45 mins to enjoy it after our arrival; opens at 10 AM so could not go for a morning swim before departure next morning); Very nice room, good bed, good AC; Easy shuttle service, nice driver (10 points and five stars to her!!).
