”This place was an amazing place to stay. The staff was great and very friendly. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this place to anyone who wants a romantic or quiet weekend getaway. We learned so much about the history in Mississippi and how Natchez, MS played a huge portion of Mississippi history. We learned that the Greg Iles books portrayed an accurate account of some of the real-life events that happened in that area.”

De eigenaresse is een warme en actieve vrouw, die vol energie in de keuken staat en zelf de prachtige tuin onderhoud. De ontvangst was fijn en we kregen een uitgebreide tour door het huis. De villa is centraal gelegen, met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het ontbijt home made en heerlijk (we hebben in de middag nog genoten van de meegekregen stukken appeltaart).”

”This is a perfect place to relax. The beds are wonderful. The host goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. His breakfast was outstanding. The cottage has two porches to relax and have a glass of wine, read a book, or just have a quiet conversation. Any time you are in Natchez, MS. You need to stay at Stone House with your host, Joe Stone.”

”Our host, who doesn't live in the house, gave us free run of the place since no one else had rented the other bedroom. The place was comfortable but not updated. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating and we enjoyed visiting with her. She provided us with a nice breakfast using eggs from her own hens.”

”Breakfast was outstanding. Room was very clean. Staff was helpful. There was no pool.”

”Right in the heart of the historic district and close to everything. The hostess provided us with recommendations and made sure everything was as expected and needed.”
