”This hotel cost me over $700 for two days. Not sure if it was just my room, but the bed sheets and room itself was nice; however, the bottom walls were warped from water damage, the floors near the bed leading to the bathroom stayed wet even after wiping four times. ”I stay at this hotel at least once a month however, this particular time we had ants infested in my room. Went to the front desk and the situation was rectified immediately. We were upgraded to a suite. They apologized continuously and made sure that we were good. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. The last experience with a staff member was very rude but didn’t see her this time around. Overall experience is great.”

”Rooms and common areas clean and very friendly staff. Thank you for your hard work.”

”I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The noise level from the room above us was unbearable and continued throughout the entire night, making it impossible to sleep. We contacted staff three separate times to complain, but nothing was done to address the situation. For the price and expectations of the stay, I expected much better customer service and a quicker resolution. Unfortunately, this experience made the stay very frustrating and exhausting.”

”Convenient location, shuttle service is a plus. However, the room we stayed in was not very clean. Floors were sticky, carpet stained and pullout couch was filthy. I didn’t address it to the staff because we were only there for a couple of hours during the 2 night stay.”

”The room smelled of urine. Mold on the ceilings and walls. Rusted toilet paper holders. Unable to connect to the google cast option. Light bulbs out or flickering. Restaurant is not in the hotel; it’s across the parking lot. Definitely not as what was advertised or what the pictures looked like.”

”The hotel is very clean, and comfortable however I find it crazy that you have to pay $15 to park overnight while I’m literally paying for a room. And the front desk receptionist can definitely have a better attitude. I would not stay here but if you’re open to paying for parking and breakfast then it’s a nice place to stay.”
