”Amazing location, beautiful property”

”This hotel is a gem. Very nice old couple taking care of the place that is in building from year 1200. We got a room that had an amazing view over the Touscanyz. ”

”The first thing I will say is just how amazing the staff here was; I booked the last room at a good rate, and although it was not one of the super fancy suites, it was still a great stay and the staff really made that happen. One of the days, I went to breakfast and was overcome by not feeling well. I apologized and had to leave the breakfast room. They so kindly packed me food and tea on a tray and brought it to my room for me to eat later when I felt better. I loved how central this location...

”Beautiful historic property perfectly located in the heart of Montepulciano. Very helpful and friendly host.”

”Very clean. Beautiful View Connected to winery so very convenient. Great wine selection with knowledgeable staff. Easy check-in process Was able to ship wine home easily. Paid Parking nearby. In wall but no direct access to pedestrian area, however, it's an easy five-minute walk to enter Thin walls. You can hear neighbors moving furniture and opening doors. Overall, great pace to stay”

”The woman at check-in could not have been more friendly. She gave us helpful hints and we had an excellent room. I would love to return during the summer season so that we could use the pool. It was absolutely beautiful. Property is within walking distance to town. I would not hesitate to stay again.”

”The hotel was a bit outdated. Felt like the pictures have been taken a long time ago. The shower corner wasn’t waterproof so using the shower the bathroom flooded water. AC didn’t work properly (didn’t let change the temperature) so there was quite warm in the room. The hotel was called “panoramic”, but there was a lot trees, not so much panorama. The breakfast was pre-packed and tasteless.”

”Great location,15 min walk to Montepulciano. Nice view over the valley. Good breakfast.”

”Very charming property in a fantastic location. The host was very responsive and we had a marvelous stay. Bear in mind this is a historic property and accordingly has some quirks. Those looking for modernity and perfect fixtures may not appreciate those quirks.”

”Camera ampia, bagno datato ma pulito. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione eccellente.”

”Everything was truly great. The owners were genuinely concerned with my stay, and were a pleasure throughout. I will certainly go back for another extended stay.”
