The check in process was seamless and communication with the host was always timely. They thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and everything was within arms reach. ”We loved our stay. The house was in the perfect location, in a quiet neighborhood. We were worried about being near a busy road, but with the fenced in back yard it was not bad at all! We loved the central location and looked walking on the local boardwalk (most every night after our daily adventures in Mystic). The host was great, super responsive and was just overall great to work about our dog joining our trip! ”

”We loved our right-next-to-the-water one night stay in The Nantucket. The sliding doors in both the living room and the bedroom are about 5 feet from the water. We loved watching the sun rise over the bay and having breakfast on the porch. The bed was comfortable - felt like memory foam. My five year old slept on the pull out couch (I would not want to sleep on that, but she was fine!) This place is such a tranquil beautiful waterside bungalow. ”The property managers have literally thought of everything for a comfortable well-appointed stay, including an Alexa speaker for music, binoculars to view sights in the bay, lights under the porch for nighttime illumination, and a pleasant plug-in scent diffuser. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the flowers at both the front and back door were beautiful and well-maintained. ”BEAUTIFUL!!! This little cottage is perfect. My boyfriend and I stayed for a two night trip. The place is so spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you might need! We enjoyed the living room space to wind down at the end of the day & pop the tv on. The walk to the beach is so quick & it’s amazing once you get there. Jay and Lisa kept us up to date and gave us all the information we needed. I can be nit picky about rentals sometimes, but this cottage was hands down the best, no issues....

”WOW! What a fabulous property and home! We absolutely loved all of the water views from almost anywhere on the property. This was our first time staying on a salt pond and we may never want to stay beachfront again. The wildlife was plentiful and mesmerizing! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We were all sad to leave this sanctuary. Highly recommended!!! ”
