”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”

”Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.”

”DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!! Had to stay 2 nights while our house was having work done. It was an easy commute and good enough for what we needed it for. They gave us a first floor in the second building, corner room that was handicap accessible which was fine. The room was ok, definitely needed to be updated. No microwave and the AC barely worked but whatever you get what you pay for. The HUGE issue was the 2nd night at 9:40PM some guy tried breaking into our room. He was pounding on the door and...

”No. Ac in any room. For 500 dollars a night I think they should have offered a discount or at least a night stay to make up for that but instead I guess they wanted their money regardless. Not happy”

”The front lobby was nice, until I went to sit on one of couches and almost landed on floor, it was like there was maybe 1 inch of cushion. I had cancelled original room and got another, less expensive, but forgot to ask about ocean view, i mentioned that at front desk when i got there and nice man said he would upgrade to room with 2 queen beds, but the view was black rooftop, horrible.
