”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”

”Due to long business days I did not get a chance to enjoy the pool or fitness room and only one of four days the breakfast. The one day we did enjoy breakfast it was very good. Sausage’s along with a wide assortment of other common menu items. One recommendation is to put a speaker for Tv near beds and light switch so not reliant on tv across the room and possibly disturbing other rooms due to volume needs. No one does this, but it may be a differentiator. ”

”I asked for a room "refresh" twice (2 separate days) and never received it. Had to call the front desk a third time to get clean towels. There was also alot of dog poop all over the grass near the parking lot.”

”Did not use the gym or nor did I visit the bar.”

”Many bugs in the room absolutely disgusting. I would never stay here again.”

”Bathroom was extremely small and cramped. Section 8 hotel so lots of rift raft in the Hotel ”

”Was downgraded a room last minute. Was told basically it’s this or nothing. I booked in advance, had no other choices to book somewhere else 15 minutes before my check in time. ”

”The staff is amazing. The rooms are very clean. The only thing that was wrong that walls are not thick. The room next to us had their TV blasting at 3am in the morning and the refrigerator in our room kept making noise on and off during the night. Other than that everything else was okay. ”

”Overall a nic. We stayed in a king room, with a nice sitting area and a kitchen with full refrigerator. Also like that it had a safe in the closet. Breakfast was decent. Gym was a little small (2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 bike and a bench with dumbbells from 5 lbs to 75 lbs.”
