Cozy apartment located in the Sassi district, 5 minutes walk from all the main attractions, quiet, functional and welcoming. The first level is a sunny open space, the second level hosts the two bedrooms and the second bathroom.
Free parkings and paid parkings are available few meters from the house.

It is equipped with wi-fi, washing machine, towels and sheets. Thanks to the natural cooling effect of the limestone during summer, there’s no need for air conditioning, especially during the hottest days the apartment will become a haven.

Guest access
The kitchen with its appliances and the rest of the house, is at our guests' disposal.
Breakfast is not included in the price but all the basics you need for a good start to the day, such as coffee and tea, are always available.
We also provide clean bed sheets and towels upon arrival and are happy to change them for longer bookings.

Other things to note
Each guest will have to pay at check-in, the city tax of € 2.00 each for the first two days.
