”Stayed here for the second time in less than 6 months. It was a great stay. Really liked our room. Breakfast was decent. Plenty of parking. ”

I was surprised that check-in was through a window with bulletproof glass, and I think that’s somewhat reflective of the neighborhood. It’s not really a bad neighborhood, but they obviously don’t think they can let people in. I arrived about 10 PM so maybe the lobby would’ve been open earlier in the day. ”The hotel was quite run down, with chipping paint, and trim, bubbles on the ceiling where leaks had happened, a dirty bathtub and a noisy refrigerator that sounded like a running truck. When it stopped, it sounded like the truck ran over a dozen coke bottles. The furnishings looked 50 years old, with dings and scratches.
