”Older house in good condition. Spacious house (even for 8 people) and nice floor plan with Master bedroom on one side and 3 bedrooms on other side. Nice Pool area with heater that heats up water by about 3 degrees Fahrenheit on a sunny day. Great location by canal and close to shops. Good value for price, we were happy. Nice German property manager.”

”We stayed just two nights and were overall pleased. The location is great and not too far at all from the beach. We were surprised and delighted to see manatees in the canal at the back of the property. The place was clean and comfortable. We were happy to have use of beach chairs, umbrella, and sand/shell accessories. Communication with the property management was okay. We were able to get in early and that was communicated well but some of our other questions were either not answered or...

”Beautiful home on canal, with a super large outdoor area with BBQ grill, pool with 5 lounge chairs, spa, table for six, plus additional seating area w/gas firepit. The house is equipped with everything you need. We would definitely rent again. Sadly it's booked for March and April for 2025 and 2026 already.”

”Quiet neighborhood. Clean, smelled wonderful, interior was updated modern. Outdoor pool was salt water and clean. Putting green, although small was a lot of fun! Just one thing to consider is to nail down one of the boards by tiki hut area that was loose.”

”Not only is the house beautiful, the hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was as good as it could be. They were very accommodating at check in and even sent over the property manager to check on the WiFi when they noticed it wasn’t running as it should be. We had children ranging from ages 1-7 and there was plenty to keep them busy (toys, books, ps3, sleeping accommodations, etc.) Anything you think you’d need, they probably have it there (bikes, beach chairs, fishing poles,...

”This home was as pictured. The pool, spa, outdoor dining area were amazing. Ping pong was great for everyone too. The home was clean and lots of space to get comfortable.”

”House was everything as advertised. TV had all the apps. The pool was quiet and private. Wendy was great and checked in with us to make sure all was well. I would rent it again for sure.”

”Our stay was out of this world. The house and pool are located in the perfect spot If you like to go to more than one of the surrounding beaches. The first night we cooked out and stayed by the pool. The pool was clean the entire house was spotless. The house had everything you could think of including beach necessities. I will be booking again in the future.”

”House was very accessible and very clean. Ammenities were very up to date. Outstanding view of river. Pool was clean and enjoayable. Instructions were clear. Only issue that was encountered was a nonfunctional Family Room TV that was not addressed despite multiple inquiries.”

The grandkids loved the pool and us adults enjoyed sitting around outside just chilling. Our 8 year old grandson loved fishing off the dock- he caught several fish! We had a wonderful time .”
