”It was a quick stay but it was a clean hotel in an easy location for shopping and restaurants.”

”Overall this was an average, pretty much no frills hotel. The rooms were clean. No microwave or closet in the room. You had to request new towels or room cleaning as they only do this every 2 days. However, you were not informed as such until we asked. Breakfast was average. But overall clean. ”

”Had a strange experience at check in where the front desk staff was MIA. There was two other guest attempting to check in but there was no one around. I left, had an early dinner, returned and a very pleasant gentleman checked us in. The room was very clean and beautiful. It was a great place to stay that was close to all the places we wanted to visit. ”

”The staff needs a reality check in customer service. Overall, just rude and unprofessional. The only kind people we encountered were the ladies staffing the breakfast area in the mornings. Most front desk staff acted inconvenienced when approached by a guest. Guests are usually vacationing and the last thing they want to deal with is an unhappy Employee. ”

”Room was cheap but you get what you pay for. Bugs in the bathroom and on the curtains, carpet is warped and a tripping hazard, drawers stick and don't want to work. Housekeeping is lackluster, literally just changed the trash and fresh towels. Breakfast buffet and Customer service is great though!”

”We got there around 5pm on 5/1 and soon found out there was no hot water! My wife had to take a cold shower. I could not take a hot shower until mid day on 5/2. I would like a partial refund please.”

”This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. ”
