”Booked because the site stated 24 hour front desk which was not true. Was NOT able to check in. Called listed number which was a national number and the person offered a room in North Carolina. A 29 hour drive. Expedia told me they refused to refund and customer service is not open until Monday morning.”

TV caked with dust, windows were filthy, giant water damage stains on the bathroom ceiling, couch had so many visible stains I wouldn’t touch it with a ten foot pole, but the kicker was that the room stunk. ”The breakfast buffet needed some attention. There were crusty bits of eggs left and there was still an hour left for breakfast no one check on it. The trash barrel was overflowing, no tea bags and the coffee was barely warm. As far as the room it was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the sheets were pilled and very thin. Water pressure could have been stronger. There were plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner. Lastly the was a strong odor of marijuana in the hallways. ”
