”Be aware, this property allows pets and places pets in with the general population. On the third night of a three-night stay, we returned to our room to find a barking dog next door. When we complained, the night manager said the offending guest had the right to stay there even with a barking dog. Although she eventually moved the dog to a different location, it took a lot of effort on our part to get her to act. If the hotel wants to accomodate pet owners, it should have a policy that pet...

”Hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. They upgraded the room to suite since our originally booked room was not available. But they charged me for parking even though Expedia app said that parking is free.”

”This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I left the next day. There is no one at the front desk during certain hours. The toilet was leaking from the bottom water was all over the floor. The employees are rude. People live in the hotel. People had dogs in the hotel which I’m allergic to I broke out in hives. The towels were dirty. I have stayed at other Extended Stays before this was the worst one. Strange people were walking the halls all night I did not feel safe at all. If I could rate this...

”Hotel was pretty nice. Breakfast was good. Staff for us were nice. Pool area was clean not too crowded. My only issue. The mattress had No mattress cover, and we always check for bedbugs and it had a few stains on the side.”

”Requested a room with a walk in shower as I have a broken foot and am wearing a walking boot. Was told none were available but online through the hotels own website it showed they were and were bookable for my entire stay. Rude front desk staff. Probably will never stay there again. This hotel has gone down hill for sure”

”I enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean. The sheets hadn’t been changed as there was some small blood spots inside the sheet and some ash from someone smoking marijuana in the room. Overall, the stay was amazing. Would stay again. Only thing is cost of breakfast. I feel like complementary breakfast for the cost of the weekend is a must.”

”The rooms are very small. The heat did not work when I told the staff of the heat was not working. I thought maybe they will put me in another room instead they brought me a small heater that was cracks in the walls cracks around the headboard just nasty.”
