Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately, some of our cheaper options include the handicap rooms. If this mix up ever happens again in the future, please immediately notify the front desk that you are not in need of a handicap room and we will gladly relocate you to one of our standard rooms free of charge, which does have more counterspace in the bathroom. We do also offer deluxe rooms with ample seating and lounging areas as well as dining room tables for gaming and eating, and are not much more in price. We hope to see you next time you make your way to the McCall area!

We are so sorry about the lobby area being blocked off on Monday morning! While we knew it would be happening eventually, the construction crew came a week earlier than anticipated. That said, we're wrapping up the final stage of our construction now so the next time you're in town, you'll be able to see a fully completed property!

We are proud of our remodeled building and new breakfast lounge, but are always looking for ways to make it a better experience for our guests. Unfortunately, the room you were staying in next to the pool has a tendency to be loud on occasion, especially when the hotel is nearing maximum occupancy. If you do decide to stay with us again in the future, you can always call ahead in advance to request a room away from the pool area so that your stay will be quieter during the hours the pool and hot tub are open. I'm so sorry to hear that you're not a fan of the new look, Mark! It is definitely a huge difference, but we believe it will still enhance the property overall. Hopefully you will give it a second chance and see what the property looks like when all renovations have been completed!
