”Excellent hotel”

”Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The only thing that is a negative is that the hotel is very close to a busy intersection and there is a lot of traffic noise.”

”When speaking to the staff about the pet charges mentioned on Expedia for their property, he was pretty defensive about it rather than trying to understand my where I was coming from. Although I was fine with their pet charge policy in the end, it would have been nice for the man to listen more rather than tell me that Expedia is more concerned about making money off of each hotel rather than partnering with them.”

”The manger is completely unprofessional. We were accused of tampering with smoke detectors which we did not do. There was a fire pit outside that we used every night we were there for a night cap. So there this was clearly a made up story. The manger claimed the fire department came at 10am when we were still in the room during that time. ”Our family stayed in a double queen room. The room was much bigger than we had anticipated and was very clean! Both of these were major pluses! There was plenty of seating at the breakfast area. They had plenty of options for food. The outside of the hotel does look a little rundown, but is in much better shape than the other ones surrounding it. ”The front staff was outstanding and very helpful. This place is convenient to all major rroads and easy to navigate. Hotel price was under $100 but everything was great. Hot breakfast in morning was very good. Will stay here again.”

”I wish we would have known it was being remodeled. It was messy on our floor, and it smelled of construction dust. The kids were anxious to swim but the patio and pool was under construction and wasn’t open. We could use the pool at the hotel next door, but with state track and all the track teams in town we thought it would be very crowded.”
