”Come on people! All you needed to do was have a good clean mattress and a modern tv. This stay was beyond the most ridiculous stay for that price we have EVER had. We were taken advantage of incredibly!!!”

”We had 5 adults and booked it that way and they would only give us a room with 2 full beds. How do you fit 5 grown adults in 3 double beds? Then they made us pay for a rollaway bed, which I felt they should have just given it to us because we booked 5 people. They also will not hold your luggage so we had to carry it all over exploring Seattle before our flight since we just had a long layover from Thailand. It’s not very clean. The pictures look way nicer.”

”We reserved a double queen assessable room. They gave that room to someone else and had nothing available except for a single queen in the lowest level. No kind of compensation for the different room. It was on the lowest level and even the hallway floor was questionable. We stayed there since we didn’t have mush choice at 11:00 at night after traveling all day. I will never stay there again.”

”Staff were on the phone arguing with other customers over the phone. 3 families waited 10 minutes to check in while we listen to staff's unprofessional conversation over the phone.”
