”I will start off with the positive: the room and the beds were clean. The room didn't smell. I was comfortable in the room, itself, though it did have an issue: the TV didn't work; it said "No signal." The remote was full of greasy finger prints and chunks of food were stuck to it. When we first checked in, we had to wait because there was a group of carnival employees who were supposed to have 14 rooms and their reservation couldn't be found. ”It was quick and conviennent for me, just for one night, overall good place to stay, nice big bathroom, pretty clean, easy check in and out. Only complaint bathroom fan was to noisy and worked all the time”

”We chose the large 3 bed room and it was great. Lots of space for the little ones to use in the room. I also liked that there was meat at every breakfast. They also had Dairy free milks available! It would be nice if the breakfast area was a little better. One small table for 4 people is a bit small. The pool was mostly clean, it felt like it is often forgotten by the staff. Hotel was in a good location and was quiet.”

”The staff were very accommodating and showed genuine concern for the ordeal I went through at Baymont Inn. The suite we stayed had a few issues, however as far as missing kitchen equipment it was replaced by staff immediately upon notifying them. The shower curtain rod is not securely attached and so the curtain falls to the middle of the tub. I used paperclips to hold the curtain closed but it needs a couple of screws. I could not get the TVs to accept the HDMI cable so that we could watch the...

”This hotel was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. The bedding had stains and liquid all over it, the floors were so dirty you had to wear shoes or your socks turned brown. All around very unimpressed and I don't recommend staying here.”

”It’s a okay stay for a night the hallways are a bit stinky and not the cleanest, the room overall was pretty clean and nice very basic our power had went out due to a storm so this why we stayed the ac was amazing during the heat wave we were experiencing. The only other thing I would say that bathroom we had was filthy, walls were dirty tub was stained and the couple towels that came with the room were not the cleanest either.”

”This Hotel is very clean with updates in room as well bath. Breakfast is great with good coffee. But for privacy we prefer higher level rooms, and they didn't grant us that. Next day storms hit the area and power outages were everywhere. Hotel has generator but only delivered power into the lobby but not the rooms, so they were hot. I know this is not the staff fault, but I feel staff can do better to comfort customers.”
