TTU is 4 miles, 3Bd/2Ba with Pool/Hot Tub -"That Peaceful, Easy Feeling"
Location, right next to a lot of good food and easy to get to the highway

Cozy home close to Texas Tech
This adorable house was everything we hoped for. We were in town for a wedding and couldn't have been happier with the house, beds, amenities and kindness of the host. 10/10 recommend.
