”The property is in a good location for the First Arena Direct. The apartments are functional but lack character and warmth, they are very clinical. The air conditioning is awful and the bedroom was like a hot house, even with a fan on!!! That is in November! If I had been on my own I would have not stayed as there is no lock nor security bar on the back of the door, anyone with access to a key could come in and you would be none the wiser, until it is too late. I would not recommend for solo...

”Needs better bar, receptionist could serve drinks but not ideal. Breakfast finishes at 9am which is too early.”

”Great location with plenty of places to eat out nearby. My Lahore next door was great and the Kirkstall brewery do good beer and pizzas.”

”Good location. Room clean. Musty smell in corridors. Our room was at front on Otley Road. Could here traffic. Would stay again.”

”It was an ok place to stay for a night. The amenities were ok but needs updating especially the bed. The shared bathroom was fine but the door needs replacing asap as there’s no handle on the inside and you have to pull the door by the side to be able to get out. The staff was excellent and friendly and can’t fault them at all!”

”Hotelli soveltui hyvin tarkoitukseemme, eli lyhyeen vierailuun edullinen yöpymispaikka. Vietimme hotellissa käytännössä vain yöt. Miinuspuolella huonosti vetävä wc.....”

”Stayed here with young kids. The staff was so friendly when I had trouble checking in, the lady working the breakfast was friendly and working hard by herself! The room was comfortable, a/c was great, and free parking was nice. A note about the parking: the entrance is off Alma road. Drive up the ramp to the roof, but push in your side mirrors so you don’t scrape them!”

”Difficult check in due to lack of clarity in fine print ”

”This hotel needs updating, it’s in poor condition.”

”Carol runs a beautiful place and always makes us.welcome”

”Great stay. Lovely clean rooms with great views. Very nice breakfast and friendly and helpful host. And pub with good food (and prices) just a stone's throw away. Would highly recommend.”
