”We very much enjoyed our stay at this Bay Shore, NY accommodation. It's nicer than the photo, which really doesn't do it justice. It's spacious, very clean, thoughtfully and carefully planned and provisioned. Augusto is an excellent host. Communications with him were always clear, timely and pleasant. We felt safe and comfortable - We'd definitely stay here again.”

The fireplace had children’s toys lining the front of it and we could not figure out how to light it. It did have a big beautiful television which worked nicely, a kitchen that was nicely stocked however when we looked in the fridge the previous resident (her son) left his takeout food. ”Even on the off season, this was a fun mini vacation with a nice town. The locals and few open businesses were very friendly. Our stay at the house was pleasant with great communication from the host during our stay. A very comfortable home with great accommodations. Just a note that the property is only accessible via ferry.”
