”I always booked the jacuzzi smoking room and everytime I would get the same room but this time I was put in another room on the 2nd floor. Normally I am pretty satisfied with this facility. This time wasn't the case. The hallway leading to my room smelled like urine. The room had many bugs, I killed about 8-10 flies and there were lots of gnats or fruit flies. There were also lots of ppl hanging around. At 2 in the morning, kids were outside, ppl were arguing.”

”Check was fast, staff was great, I was grossly over charged for a 1 night stay because of the " World Cup" which i could give 2 cent about "price gouging." Just wanted to be 2 minutes from a party venue.My refrigerator in the room did not work and the toilet was clogged! Maintenance was not available so we were handed a plunger to do it ourselves!!”
