”Erinomainen hotelli vanhan kaupungin sydämessä, oma sisäpiha/terassialue, oma pysäköintialue. Upgrade deluxe-huoneeseen. Monipuolinen ja herkullinen aamiainen. Hotelli mainostaa kuntosalia, mutta se on itse asiassa puolen kilometrin päässä oleva sali, jossa on myös kaksi squashkenttää.”
”Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer für 4 Personen. Es war sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Wir konnten vergünstigt im nahegelegenen Parkhaus parken und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkunden. Das Hotelpersonal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn wir wieder nach Straßburg kommen sollen, werden wir wieder ins Hotel Tandem kommen. Vielen Dank für Alles ”

”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min.
A breakfast was really good but price (32€) is double the price other hotels provide so we had the breakfast mostly in other hotels. Thank

”Vanhaan 1600-luvulta peräisin olevaan rakennukseen remontoitu erinomainen hotelli. Huone oli viihtyisä, tyylikäs ja tilava. Palvelu erittäin ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista. Sijainti loistava.
Hinta/laatu -suhde oli erinomainen. Tosin ilmeisesti hinta eBookersin kautta oli huomattavasti listahintaa edullisempi.”

”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning.
This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken.
In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”

”5 star experience at this 4 star hotel. Impeccable service, great location, beautiful hotel and reasonable prices. Large bathrooms were a plus. The only critique is that i wish the A/C was colder and/or blew harder in the room. The room was cool-ish but at night I needed colder temps. I would absolutely stay here again. You are made to feel that they've rolled out a red carpet for you at check in (felt like a VIP) and they were sure to greet you any time you returned to the hotel. A++”

”We stayed for 4 nights here, & quite satisfied with this hotel, we arrived early & early checkin was allowed, thanks to the reception staff!. The room size was OK, but only one bath towel & no hand towel was provided, breakfast was good with lots of choices & coffee was excellent. The location is excellent, very close to the railway station, & early access to any places of interest. Overall I enjoyed my stay here & would definitely stay again!”

"Great location. We parked at Place Kleber just a few minutes away. The room was huge. Our family of four had 7 beds to choose from. It was a little dusty in the room, but not really bad. They had glutenfree toast at the breakfast buffet (not dedicated toaster). Complimentaly beverages at the lobby were nice at +32C outside. We will stay here again."
