Hotellit lähellä kohdetta Mega Astana -ostoskeskus

”Overall, excellent hotel. However, the service falls short of the standard expected at Ritz hotels. Some staff members appeared to lack proper training.”

”I definitely will be returning. It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city”

”Location is central and convenient. Clean and quiet. Need to improve bed quality and maintain curtains and toilets. Staff very helpful and welcoming”

”As a tourist, good place to stay. The staff is helpful, the breakfast is varied, the main attractions are within walking distance. The room facing the courtyard is very quiet. The whole week went well.”

”Good location, good breakfast, just need update some of its facilities!”

”Air conditioning did not work in the whole building. It was +31C outside and +27 C in my room. Didn’t sleep too well. The restaurant in the yard forgot my order and it took 90 minutes to get my dinner. The hotel has not earned its ****. Maximum I can give is **. ”

”Very nice and helpful staff members, beautiful and very spacious rooms. Amazing breakfast.”

”Nice hotel, which I mostly use when visiting Astana. Price/quality relation is good”

”The location of this hotel is a real advantage, just a few minutes away from the main sites, and a 6 minutes walk from a LRT station whether one arrives at the airport or at the Nurly Zul train station. Several restaurants and cafés just round the corner as well proved to be very practical. For 40-50 euros a night a large double room, the price is unbeatable. The only flaw to me was that there was no Internet. Officially, there was wifi, but it never worked.”

”Персонал довольно отзывчивый, для три заезды отель очень даже неплохой))) Единственное — хотелось бы иметь в номерах чайник. А так есть холодильники, кондиционер. Вполне чисто.”

”It is a good priced hotel and the room was decently sized, but my shower had problems with the water pressure and the heat. Staff are okay, they don’t seem to want to be there though.”

”It's an ok hotel that's near most of the main sights of Astana, so it's easy to walk around. The rooms are clean and there's even breakfast. As l long as you don't expect luxury, you'll be satisfied. ”
