”We loved our stay at Illi tex Aoyama! Real easy to get around and station was a quick 5 min walk. Right down the road from the Baseball stadium. The apartment itself was amazing and we really enjoyed heading back to rest after long walking days.
Probably my favourite area with jingumae only 8 min walk away. Will stay again! Thanks for having us. 5 stars! ”

”I stayed at Studio Inn Nishi-Shinjuku for 10 days with my 16-y old daughter.
The place was absolutely perfect for us! Nice and comfortable, possibility to cook some simple stuff, deep enough bath tub for a tall western girl to have a bath in. Very homey which was nice after walking around the city for hours! Supersoft blankets in the bed :)
The location is very nice, walkable distance (approx. 20min) from Shinjuku station, but also buses from just around the corner dircetly to Shinjuku and...

”Might be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We had upgraded us to premier status, which included a separate lounge and check-in. It felt as good return on the money. The lounges were available to other guests too, for a separate fee. So the services are reachable to all. We have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels before, but Keio Plaza has been the brightest among stars. ”

Later in the evening when unpacking we found used underpants from a bathroom shelf. We called the front desk who came to take it away. They changed us to another room after this. We were compensated for the inconvenience, but the start left a bit of a nasty feeling to our stay and the final leg of our several weeks long trip in Japan....

”Love this boutique hotel. The location is great, rooms are modern and spacious with amazing cityscape views (and on nice days mt Fuji!). The in-room snacks and beverages were awesome too, and included!!! Great value compared to Edition and Janu, which were amazing as well but in a completely different price bracket. ”

Excellent bathroom amenities and the washer/dryer in the room was brilliant as we could wash and dry clothes overnight each day. There's a 7-Eleven next door, a cool craft beer bar in the building basement (but no noise disturbance), and the location is a short 2-3 minute walk to bars, isakayas, shops, and about 8-10 minutes walk to the train station. The kitchenette and clothes rack provides modest usefulness. If you plan to bring a lot of bags or cook a lot, you may want more.

Our new room was good and it was cleaned spotless daily. The bed and pillows were good and tight, and tho the hotel is situated next to a railway and a bigger road for cars, the noise insolation was surprisingly good and we slept well. Nice balcony (in every room perhaps?).
The breakfast was good. The onsen was really nice, tho the men’s side was untidy in the evening. The ladies’ side was nice and tidy.
The front desk staff was great from start to finish.
Nice location just a few mins from an Oedo line metrostop. Nicely between Harajuku and Shinjuku. Easy to get to places with metro and bus. Right next to a baseball stadium, we saw a game during our stay.
Despite th start we ended up having a good time in Tokyo and this hotel. "

"Neljälle hengelle varattu huone sisälsi kaksi 120cm leveää sänkyä ja oli näin ollen melko ahdas, mutta muuten hotelli oli todella hyvä. Sijainti oli todella keskeinen, kävelymatkan päässä on ravintoloita ja kauppoja loputtomasti. Itse hotelli oli kuitenkin rauhallinen."
