”Really nice condo but was missing a few basic items such as coffee cups, hand towel, dish cloths and only had wine glasses and one water glass for us to use. Sower was plugged and drained very slowly, reach out to the host and was told if would get fixed but nobody came during our stay.Beautiful deck really really big but lot of traffic noise as it's along a very busy street.Beside the few minor issues the condo is modern and very clean. ”

”Hotel has an amazing view, probably the best part about the hotel. Walking distance to restaurants and activities. The staff was helpful when I went to pick up the shoe I left.”

”I love Cancun Plaza and loved the condo we stayed in. The only thing between the ocean and our balcony wa the beach. The pool is great and there are several places to eat that are walkable. The Bus stops right in front and wi take you everywhere for 12 pesos. I would stay here again.”
