”They asked if we were celebrating anything, we told them we were celebrating an anniversary. They proceeded to not do anything to make us feel special. In that case, why ask? ”The location is perfect. Easy to walk to restaurants. Lots of bars for those party people near hotel. For shopping take The bus to La isla, it was super easy. The beach is perfect. There's also 2 big pools when the waves are too big for actual swimming. I recommend the ocean view rooms, The view was just amazing, even from floor 2. The room was very big but lacked few basic things. Like a trash bin and drinking glass that would have helped when brushing teeth. I didn't find drinking water...

"We were promised a suite with a sea view, a balcony overlooking the sea, and a jacuzzi, which we did get, but the room was on the ground floor next to the pool, meaning that everyone in the pool could see straight into it. This was not mentioned when booking. The balcony door could barely be closed, so anyone could have walked in if they wanted to. The room was basically clean, but worn out, the furniture was dirty from use, and the appliances were old. There was no soundproofing, so all the noises from the neighboring rooms and hallways could be heard and kept us awake. Draining the bathtub upstairs sounded like an airplane. "
