”Our rental was very clean and well appointed. The property manager was very helpful and available. They put us in contact with private transportation from the Cancun airport and arranged for the kitchen to be stocked when we arrived. Good snorkeling right off the beach. Could not have been more pleased with the pricing and value. We were in Cozumel for the 2020 Ironman race. The location of this rental is perfect for this event right between the swim start and first transition.”

Äänitaso hotellissa ilta-aktiviteettien osalta huoneisiin kantautuva, mikäli toivoo aikaisia unia esim aikaerorasituksen vuoksi on syytä turvautua korvatulppiin. Myös uima-altailla päivän mittaan paljon aktiviteettia ja musiikkia, ranta on rauhallisempi. Hyvä ravintolavalikoima, jolla saa vaihtelua viikon ruokiin, mikäli haluaa niitä hotellilla syödä. Henkilökunta yleisesti ystävällinen, jotkut erottuivat positiivisesti ylitse muiden (Kiko, Lucia, Paulina)."
