Welcome to your home away from home! Centrally located to shopping and dining, 1 Hour to Orlando and Port Canaveral, but just 15 minutes from the Beach! This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom POOL home is the ideal place for your next vacation! Need entertainment? There are FOUR Roku TVs, a Nintendo Switch™ preloaded with games, pool toys and loungers, and board games to provide fun for you and your whole group!



The Space:

The home is fully fenced with a private pool, the 4 bedrooms offer 2 king rooms, one queen room, 3 single beds, and a full sized sofa bed. There is also an adjustable standing desk, fully equipped kitchen that is complete with air fryer, blender, toaster, electric kettle, and all your cooking needs. If you don't feel like cooking in the kitchen, we have added a propane grill on the back deck for you too! If you love family dinners you'll love the dining table with two leafs, designed to seat 8-10 people!



Guest Access:

You will have the entire home to yourself.



The Neighborhood:

Centrally located near the Beach and Indian River, Downtown Melbourne, Melbourne Square Mall, and Hammock Landing Mall, you will have everything you need for entertainment and shopping within a few minutes drive!



Getting Around:

The driveway is available for open parking. For overflow, the neighborhood does allow street parking. Please be respectful of other's driveways and property.
