Nice apartment however it was not cleaned properly. Toilet, vaccum cleaner and some cups were left dirty. However when spoken it was done properly. Had to pay extra for the car park

Eastern suburbs stay
Convenient place to stay on the east side of Melbourne, 5 min drive from the freeway. Plenty of options for dining or cook your own in the apartment. Next to The Glen shopping centre & also close to the train station

The location is great. Lots of dining options within 2 blocks. Areas for improvement include: really dirty sofa (badly needed cleaning), no coffee cups or mugs, and check in staff only available some of the day which is problemic if you want to leave bags at reception.

The only good thing about this property was the location definitely a bonus. You really need to pay for your parking as you will never get any on street parking. $10.00 per day is very reasonable & secure spot too. Unfortunately this property is falsely advertised as a 4 star. It's VERY DIRTY!!! THE BATHROOM WAS GROSS & THE RUG HAD HAIR & STAINS ON IT LET ALONE THE BED LINEN. Apartment is advertised as serviced, that is untrue we had to ask to get it cleaned & when they did come they rocked up at 5.30 in the afternoon for 15 minutes only as a quick surface clean. Reception is never manned & no one available after 6pm. Internet never worked either & when I questioned them they told me they has too many people on at the same time. I will never stay here again!!!

The apartments are ideally situated in prime area and easy access to both the SE Suburbs of Melbourne and CBD. Glen Waverley has a vast array of food outlets and you will never go hungry and as well as shops just across the road. Great property and one that I will stay at again. The downside to the property is that there is no reception desk and getting in to check in can be a little difficult if you are a business traveller as you need to ring and make sure someone is there for your arrival and it needs to be before 5pm. Staff are lovely and accomodating. The parking outside the property is fraught with the risk of a fine as council inspectors are constantly checking vehicles so when checking in, it is best you park in the shopping centre or Dan Murphys and walk across to hotel.

The facilities in the room are perfect. There are large shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. Cars can be parked in the basement parking lot, which is very convenient. Only the hygiene of the room is not good. It is clean on the surface, but when you open the felt, there are food crumbs. The water in the electric kettle was not poured out. There are many places that are quite dirty. If I travel to Melbourne again, I will choose here again, but I hope the hotel can improve the cleanliness.

Everything we needed was there in the room or so close at hand at nearbt shops. Literally walk out front door and there the are, the shops.

I would recommend others to seriously consider staying at this property if customers would feel welcomed when they check in and some very basic services ware provided so that this place could claim to be a 4/5 star rating.

Dear Jim, We have already explained why the check in is by appointment in our message prior to your arrival. It is to comply with work policy in Public Health Dept. In addition, we don't have 24 hours reception. So while you picking your next hotel you may need to notice the house rule of each hotel. Stained carpets and walls on a fairly new property suggests they get alot of riff raff. For the room price we paid we would have been better staying at an alternative motel. Dropping keys back to reception after bringing your car out of parking is also a bit disjointed, especially when there is no designated area to pull up to. The only appealing part of stay is the close proximity to the Glen

Domi is a great place to stay.
Domi Apartments were superb - A little difficult to find the place in such a busy area so perhaps some additional signage will help - but the communication from Billy was outstanding and very helpful. The apartment was excellent - very spacious and comfortable and tastefully decorated. I don't often stay outside of Melbourne CBD but will be staying here again when visiting SE Melbourne suburbs.

It was very quiet at all times for a high rise building. We were outside the lifts and didn’t hear a thing. The decor in the rooms was modern and nice and the beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. I had a problem with the dishwasher beeping at 8pm and was able to immediately contact someone who helped me fix it. On the negative side, the room had not been cleaned well at all. The floor was filthy as evidenced by our white socks being black after walking around on it. The carpet was not clean either with green sparkles all over the place. I tried to vacuum it but the vacuum cleaner was not powerful enough. The kitchen cooking equipment was minimal, old and worn, with some items stained and too unpleasant to use, particularly the chopping board. The wifi was patchy which resulted in the tv buffering a lot on pay TV channels.

Reception staff were incredibly friendly, however the overall cleanliness of the apartment could be improved, at first glance was clean but several things had been overlooked, for example rubbish still seeable under the couch

So hard to find no signage on the building! Once inside and checked in stains on the carpet not mentioned glass on sliding door to balcony filthy and half full bottles left outside on deck next to aricon unit. Cleaning needs more attention to detail!
