Huge hotel with lot of travellers. Lot of heavy noice, music. Long queques to buffet. Pools smell lot of clority. Beach isn't nice, its mold and water isnt clear.
Only positive thing was good quality room with swim-up.

Excellent food, specially at Hot Stone a la carte restaurant. Great personal stuff; friendly, professional and smiley.
Rooms has to update; could give 3 star for room condition. Sound proof is also very bad, you can hear everything from corridor and other rooms to your room.

Absolute luxury with great service
"We stayed in a two bedroom villa with a pool. Amazing location, good restaurants. Had lots of fun in our proprietary chat with Nina, Peggy and Chris. Great customer service! Would definitely recommend! Will come back again with the family. Was also very impressed with the kids club, sandbox and kids ..."
