”Excellent location! Staff was friendly and I was able to check in early.”

”They didn’t have any onsite parking left despite the advertised benefit but they staff guided us to nearby garages. Hotel was clean and staff were available late at night to facilitate check in. My only complaint is the breakfast - the breads / bagels and eggs were stale and dry. Inedible really. But other than that, close enough to Manhattan without having to deal with city traffic.”

”It is in the Hood. The view was straight to the dirty backyard. Noisy room. Breakfast was full of carbs, paperplates and plastic forks. The staff nice and helpful. Not a 3star hotel.”

”Kaikin puolin keskiverto hotelli - huone oli siisti, mutta vähän vanhanaikainen ja kaipaisi päivitystä. Nelihenkiselle perheellemme varattu huone oli saapuessamme varusteltu vain kahdelle, ja loput petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet joutui erikseen pyytämään. Siivous vain joka toinen päivä. Buffet-aamupala kallis valikoimaan nähden. Sijainti hyvä, kaksi metroasemaa vieressä ja Manhattanille vain pari pysäkinväliä. Lentokentälle metrolla ja AirTrainilla vain n. 40 minuuttia.”

”This is a property my spouse and I used to frequent a lot when it was Four Points by Sheraton. It still has the warm reception staff, the on-point chefs for dinner on the rooftop, and for breakfast. The rooms are still nice and we got to laugh and reminisce. This property is just simply wonderful to us!”

”Such a unique space. Clean. Bright. I loved my balcony. The nearest restaurant is a 10-15 minute walk but that’s ok. I’ll be back”

”I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. While the overall service was not bad, I had to deal with the strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana for 3 of those days. The smell wafted into my room during both the day and night, which made my stay very uncomfortable. It is truly disappointing that this issue was not properly managed or monitored, as the rest of the service was decent.”

”The hotel as such was good value for the money. The property is quite new and clean. The room was not cleaned every day and the sofa bed was not prepared for the 3rd guest in the room, but otherwise no issues. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was really good. The location is a bit of an issue - short walking distance to the subway is a positive thing but the neighborhood is not nice at all, wouldn't walk alone there in the evenings. Also very restricted possibilities to pick anything...
