”The staff was extremely friendly (front desk, cleaners, everybody). Moreover, the overall appearance of the hotel is modern and clean. My room was very comfortable and well cleaned. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Would definitely visit again. ”

”The place was amazing, the heating was amazing as well it was the perfect temperature. Unfortunately there was no mini fridge or anything but there were great eats around the area. Staff were good. The views were amazing and we had no issues at all. It was in a very central area where you could catch the 6 uptown and downtown. Very walkable area as well. We would definitely stay again. ”

”The hotel is conveniently located near various subway stations. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around for food. Places in the Financial District are within walking distance. The hotel is nice and comfortable. I sometimes needed to wait for an elevator for a while (there are three), but never for too long. There is construction going on around the hotel, but it did not bother me in terms of noise. The room and bed were comfortable as well. The room was very quiet. There is no fridge...

”Recently stayed at MADE on a girls getaway and we could not have been happier with our visit. Great location in that it was far enough away from the more touristy parts of town, but close and central to everything we wanted to explore. Lovely inclusions like coffee each morning and happy hour in the evening, the lobby bar was always great for a bite to eat or cheeky drink, and while we didn’t make it up to their rooftop bar (we visited in winter) we heard that was lovely too. ”We enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”
