The gentleman who checked us in was very patient and courteous. He remembered my name when I returned to the desk. The bartender, Robert was fun and made honest and helpful recommendations. Big Cypress Lodge
Staff was great. Lodge was spotless. However, we got there an hour early & they wanted us to pay $50 for early check in. After driving 6 hours to get told we had to wait another hour is aggravating & pointless knowing that our room is ready for us to occupy it. Just another way to get more ...

Hotel Indigo Memphis Downtown by IHG
Good location and friendly staff! The only inconveniences were a lamp that didn’t work properly and a really weird bathroom door that didn’t allow basically any privacy at all.

Comfort Inn Memphis Downtown
This is the 2nd time we been to the comfort Inn and I would definitely recommend this hotel for the location. The staff at the hotel couldn't do a enough for us , they cater for what ever we wanted and it made our stay even more enjoyable.
