”Great little birthday getaway for my granddaughter. The cabin was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and the campfire for roasting marshmallows. The hosts Seth and Emma were exceptional and responded quickly to messages. We will definitely keep this one in our favorites.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Bear Cave cabin! We especially enjoyed using the fire pit and hot tub. Our one and only concern was that several dishes were not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival including glasses, dishes, and utensils. Everything else exceeded our expectations.”

”The property was in the woods which is what we wanted. We were close to many hiking trails in DeSoto State Park and Little River Canyon. The place was very quiet and relaxing. One drawback about any cabins that I stay that are in the woods is that you typically compromise with having a bit of dirt and bugs. ”The Cabin was nice but it could use some work, the ceiling in the front bathroom was starting to fall and a few other spots was starting to separate. The Queen bed was upstairs with a Full size bed downstairs. It had a hot tub but it was separate from the Cabin. Overall it was a nice place and we enjoyed ourselves.”

”This was the perfect place for us and our 3 teenagers. I loved how the master bedroom was on the main floor and the other rooms were upstairs. The rooms were spacious and the lay out of the kitchen and living room was perfect. The kitchen had every utensil you needed and the coffee station was in its own little nook. ”We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, fire pit, ample firewood provided, and the spacious home. The upstairs consisted of a bedroom and newly renovated master bathroom. On the main level were two bedrooms (one with a double bed plus a door to the back porch) and one with two sets of bunk beds. The main floor had one bathroom on the same hallways as the bedrooms, a well stocked laundry room, kitchen and great room. Easy access to Mentone and the various state parks nearby.
