”Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

”Otherwise great stay but the sustainability matters could be improved especially in the breakfast. There is in use plastic utensils and cups which are non-comfortable and pollute the environment. Just our family breakfast produced bag load of trash. Bring in glasses, silverware and such. ”

”I love this hotel. It's close to downtown Redmond. It's close to restaurants and grocery stores that I can walk to which is very convenient for myself since I disabled. I do have a service animal and they're so accommodating to his needs. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. When I did have an issue we were able to work it out respectfully. Also, they have a shuttle that gives you a ride wherever you need to go within 5 miles. Which is great. ”

”The room was in good condition, clean & stocked. We had an issue with our outlet in the bathroom, which was promptly addressed & fixed. The staff were kind & helpful, even providing us a fan to use during our stay (if you sleep with a fan on, you know how important that can be). We had a very pleasant stay!”
