”Well, it’s almost as if on the weekend the hotel doesn’t know it’s a hotel but the rooms are spotless. The property is the most beautiful property I’ve ever seen, but it’s very arbitrary if they want to serve food that day or not or even if the bar is open and signage is just terrible but other than that, it really is a fabulous location a fabulous price and a fabulous hotel”

”Room clean. Food, drinks and staff very good. A/C SO loud, I had to turn it off to sleep, then woke up sweating, ugh. Rooms need soundproofing, very noisy from hallway and other rooms. Woman talking so loud for over an hour from neighboring room around 6 am. Pool area is set up nicely. Lots of trouble checking in and out. Apparently Expedia didnt send the reservation to them. I did only book 3 hrs prior but it took a long time to resolve with them and Expedia. Then when checking out, they...

”The room smelled musty. The walls were thin so I heard a lot hallway noise and noise from neighboring rooms.”

”The best part of our stay was the friendliness of the woman who checked me in. Very nice. The room? I'm sorry to say, not so much. An immediate smell of beer hit you when u walked in. While the room was clean, the basic amenities were poor - a lamp that once turned on, couldn't be turned off all night. A two-prong charger in which only one prong could hold a standard plug (for a cell phone). When I couldn't charge my phone there, I found a 6-port extension unit (for the microwave, refrigerator,...

”I am used to a higher standard hotel. This is more of a motel style. However very clean. New sheets/pillows. Nice easy breakfast options. Staff was lovely, friendly & helpful with restaurants etc. Not fancy but walking distance to Nyack restaurants.”

”Parking was easy with a big lot and the location was convenient, but unfortunately the road noise was incredibly disruptive and woke us up several times. We arrived at our room late and it was super hot - we tried to crank the AC but turning fan to “high” did not actually seem to be high and it took several hours to cool off.”

”Extremely run down!!!! Wallpaper was peeling in my room, bathroom vanity was in rough shape, tub was old, and the carpet was disgustingly gross!!!! Mattress seemed real old. Extremely disappointed for a Hampton inn!!!! Sidewalk is literally crumbling. Didn’t even have a diet soda for me to purchase. The eggs were like rubber pancakes.”
