The space
Just one block from La Ermita, Casa Xtoloc unfolds like a story of contrasts: from vintage charm at the entrance to bold, modern design at its heart.

You step first into an original front room, furnished with vintage-style pieces that set a cozy tone. Beyond, a sunlit middle yard guides you into the main house, where pink chukum walls and grand high ceilings create an airy, dramatic space. An arched glass doorway, also touched with pink, frames views of the lush backyard like a living painting.

Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms await, each with its own private bathroom. One has a balcony that overlooks the greenery below, while a corridor connecting the rooms houses a practical washing machine for longer stays.

Back on the main level, the home’s L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped—oven, microwave, fridge, and more—designed for cooking with a view. The open concept continues into the living room with a large L-shaped sofa and smart TV, leading directly outdoors.

The backyard is designed for gathering: a dining area beneath a French-tiled roof with grand wooden beams, a large pool surrounded by tropical plants, and a concrete beam with a hammock—perfect for long Yucatán afternoons. A path stretches to the end of the property, where an outdoor seating table for four with umbrella completes the picture of laid-back comfort.
